At Starlings Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
